military conflict is a symptom. Geopolitics is the virus. Military conflict doesn't just manifest randomly. There's always underlying geopolitical pressures that set the stage for a conflict to occur.

what is incoherent about it? What term/lense of analysis would you use to describe the mounting tension between USA and Iran if not geopolitics?
