I completely agree. I've never once on this forum (and I'm confident about that), claimed that Division Bell is a great album or even an album worth hearing (especially if you haven't explored their earlier material). It's just 'High Hopes' that I recommend from it. It's unfortunate, in my opinion, because that song really deserved a better album.
EDIT: I'm not aware of a compilation off the top of my head, but I'm guessing there must be some compilation album that collects some of Floyd's best songs post 1980. Assuming that exists, I'd recommend that.
