Yep and it's a good thing. Whatever allows you to have a relationship with art other than being a consumer on some app is a plus in my book.

For me, stoned is the only way to visit a museum, otherwise it gets tiring and alienating very quickly. Last time I went was to an exhibit on Picasso and African art and it ruled. Doesn't get better than staring at African masks when you're high.
