To be fair, it was the boomers that started the Women's' Liberation Movement. Unfortunately, things happen and formally idealistic youngsters grow up to be cynical old fogeys. This is what the right counts on.
So what is the lesson here? Don't let the realities of life break you down, Millennials. Don't become cynics like us boomers, otherwise, one day, your children will be cursing you the way you curse us boomers now.
In other words, don't give up like we did.
