You'd have to spend quite a bit to get the same level of sound, for one. And B, there's more of a feeling of accomplishment after buying the ticket, waiting, getting ready the day of, traveling to the venue, finding your seat, seeing/being/feeling the crowd around you and then being able to see the stage and everything when the concert starts without being directed to where the production team points the camera's.
In light of the recent events, I can see why the need for Online Concerts is trending though. Imo, they'd be too constricting and stale with the way live music has evolved.
