I make my own schedule, but I make it a point to be in when I'm needed as I'm a manager. The next in line owner really pisses me off being late, and leaving early all the time, especially since he needs to be involved in everything. I was sitting around at work waiting for champagne corks so I could finish making and bottling wassail because he insists on having it delivered to his house, forgetting, and making me wait for 4 ****ing hours so he could do whatever the **** he's doing and get them. I just want to do my goddamn job, man.
