Should mean it's not fully updating if it still shows. Sometimes updates on old phones won't work with a new update, which companies want; so you have to buy a new phone. My guess is that your phone is not compatible with the update and it's just not fully updating for that reason; the reason why it's still showing. Hope you the best on your phone adventures.
