You have to love that quote. The Swedes, Russians, Germans, and French - Aren't White! I wish someone asked him who WAS white and was it just those of Great Britian?
Not listed there, though I'm sure they'd be in the not-white camp are the Welsh and Irish. But I'll learn on our British friends to chime in.

Yeah, I think that really is the American way. In the US Caste system, you can rob the 3rd and 4th tier castes blind so long as there is a 5th caste. And their the ones - the lower classes - that fight to keep the system in place.
