If there's one thing guaranteed to generate interest and make people take notice here, it's when I offer myself up as a sacrificial lamb/whipping boy/musical punchbag, and that's what I'm doing.
Why? Cos it's fun, and we need some fun back in this forum. If it has to be at my expense, so be it.
Recommend me an album you think/know I'll hate. Any artist, any genre, even if I've heard it already. I don't expect not to hate it, but if I can find THREE GENUINE good things to say about it, you lose. If not, you win. Has to be three. Two good things won't cut it. And they have to be genuine, and about the actual music/production/lyrics whatever; no "the album cover isn't ****e" or "I like the singer's name" bollocks. No. This has to do with the content of the album's music, otherwise it don't count.
One album per member at a time. Recs will as always be treated on a FCFS basis, and though I will do my best to listen to it all the way through, I reserve the right not to finish an album if I can find nothing in it, but in that case you win, and I will try not to let that happen.
