Well, I used to do 5 days a week down the gym. Two 40 minute workouts each day, morning and evening. Starting on the bikes, then a full upper-body workout. Only using 15-20 kilo weights - I didn't like to get too big.

Then I got lazy Need to start working on this again as soon as I can, really.
