1. 200k was the average and I'm guessing where she lives is on the lower side of the average.
2. For the fourth time if you had any interest in responding to what I actually say, yeah it's worth taking the deal if you have no better options.
3. The lack of options is why taking a **** deal is worth it in the first place which should bother you.
