I have fell away from using the gym. My car was off the road for a long time and a few other things were going on so I cancelled my membership. I have started running though and I am thoroughly enjoying it!! Currently using the app C25K and I’m on week 4
I do miss the gym but I’ll need to look at joining one a lot more local to home address so that if my car is off the road I can walk/cycle instead. While my car was off the road I was cycling everywhere, once I got over the initial fear it was great fun.
