It was a mixture of stuff but the biggest offender was a piece of string that had gotten coiled up and around in his intestine. Pretty ****ing crazy to think about how much damage a piece of
string can cause, to the extent where it had him like hours from death.
Doctor called and said he's doing really well this morning, so I'm really hopeful that we'll have him home this weekend and back to his happy self soon
