They're fine nothing about them would harm you...A lot of them are actually healthy drinks for like working out and stuff. Everything in moderation of course. I usually drink a 200mg caffeine one a day, 300 mg is pushing it if I'm not doing any activity, but it's good if you're doing a bunch of stuff during the day, keeps you wide awake for awhile. Do you drink coffee? it's not unlike a cup or two of coffee really..Just has more like vitamins and umm, other special ingredients..but nothing like bad. I drink them honestly for the taste first off then for the benefits secondly, haha!
