Just a tip. Look at your computer/phone. Tell them to hold on while you check the extensive database. Tell them it might be a while. Make them wait, look around, maybe they'll buy something else. Then after about two or three minutes shake your head, click your tongue and say sorry it's been sold. If you want, and know the day they were in, tell them it sold like an hour after they left.
