No. You can, though. Only official members of the club may nominate an album. If you want to sign up, no problem, but then you're expected to hang around and review other people's albums. I'm not saying it's what you're doing, but this isn't a thread for getting your album done and then legging it. If you want to join, sign up, your album will be added but in the queue, so you'll have to wait your turn. We expect at least some small commitment from members.
