I don’t know that 1977-1983 World Series one. (I believe Kevin Gavin did the 1974 version and Clark Gault/Roger Tallman did the 1983-88 version.)

The only other one I heard with French horn like that is ABC’s “Monday Night Baseball Opening 1979” (watch?v=aL8SKUqzEzM) But I don't know who wrote that one either.
