It's probably a word like fag or fuck which has been probably innocently included in the URL, for instance www.metaphor.com/images/three/donald_***en.jpg
See how Fagen is asterisked out? Because the system sees a banned word, and cannot provide context as our AI has not yet reached the level of Skynet. That's probably what's happening.
