Inhale. If it wasn't for Motley Crue, and god damn it AC/DC are in fact great, I'd be willing to agree, but the wider idea that hard rock is a trash "genre" I am fully willing to entertain. Like The Stooges basically make most bands called hard rock pointless and boring. Danzig are an outlier to argue that the concept had merit to begin with.
