The tune is sung, with the third note being sung by one person and the next answering note sung by someone else: with this sing/answering repeated five more times. The next five words, I believe, might be the title of the song. The last three notes is a slur going low to high to low, like “woooWOOOwooo”. If I remember correctly, the next line of the song repeats this same pattern, but at a lower scale.
