As for what we're doing about this...we're gunna letit slide and hope he has the sense to realize he's f*cking trash and never mentions it again. Dana is going to stop talking to him pretty much 100% and hope he gets the point that she hates his guts. I told her if he mentions it in any way one more time, that she is to go right to HR. She's afraid of retaliation. I can't force her to sock him in the buts but it's what I want to happen.
We'll see how it plays.

I think he's unlikely to do that kind of introspection on his own, and he sounds like the kind of guy who would become even more obnoxious when his bull**** gets ignored. Similar to how this type of guy can't handle rejection. But I hope that he somehow gets the hint, or that she will stand up for herself if it happens again. Poor Dana
