It's entirely personal: jwb wasn't bugging anyone other than Frown and Batty to an extent, and this just looks like either Frown saying nyaa nyaa i'm a mod you can't annoy me so you're banned, or don't piss my boy off, now you're banned. Either way it's a classic lesson in the very worst way to mod. I'd have to call it shameful.
