It would seem you are missing the entire point, and most likely don't actually know what atheism is.
The organization(s) are often goofy because its poking fun at how absolutely absurd and ridiculous region as a whole is. Billions of people believing many different stories and in many different gods based off of zero evidence any of it is real. Its also nice to make jokes and be humorous with atheist organizations in contrast to all the damage to society and the individuals religion has done and continues to do.
And trading a group think for another? What are you even talking about, have you ever stopped and thought about at what comes out of your mouth lol? Atheism is one simple thing...
lack of a belief in a god...that's it. Surprised to see such ignorant folk on this forum.
