I joined a weight loss competition in January and have been extremely dedicated to it. We did our final weigh in today and I was at 198 pounds for the first time since I was 20, with 30 pounds lost since January. I've lost 50 pounds before, but I think I've made the necessary lifestyle changes to avoid having to lose that much weight again. Feels good man.
Congrats man. I started working out in January. I was at 280 doing three days a week and since April started kicking it up to 4 days a week. I stepped on the scale last week and I now weigh 285 but I feel so much better going from being non active to sweating in the mornings. I'm sure I've lost some fat but also gained muscle weight.
