I’ve had Tinnitus in my left ear since I was eighteen and blew it out with loud music on headphones. Fifty-six now. I’ve lived it with it so long. For those newly suffering. Worry not, in time your brain ignores it, and you're able to focus on other things as well as go on with life. But it will always be there in the background.
