I agree. I prefer cds because unlike vinyl, I’ve rarely had to return a new cd because it was defective. Also, they are more durable than vinyl if properly cared for, and nowadays cost much less than vinyl. But yeah, some recordings sound better on other formats. The Pixies’
Come On Pilgrim ep explodes out of the speakers on vinyl, but didn’t come across as well to me when I first heard it on cd.
