The official answer:
A man was stranded on an island with two other men. One of the other men, decideds to kill the third man for food. The first man is unaware that the second man killed the third, he simply thinks that the third man commited suicide. So he enjoys this "meal" that the second man had cooked up, which he called seagull soup. When he swims back to shore, he stops in this restaurant and is pleasently suprised to see his new favorite meal on the menu. He orders it, takes a bite, realizes it taste nothing like the soup from the island, and it becomoes clear that he ate his friend. He runs into the road and dies.
