Buy some .10 guage strings (the guage of the set is the guage of the highest string) and a tuner unless you can tune with something else. And then just woodshed and you'll get your chops back up.

Ya I just need to install these speakers and I'll be able to use my electric piano to tune it, and I'm gonna start looking for a good electric soon.
