Think about it , it`s the late 80s.The Beastie Boys are considered the spawn of satan by the media for drinking & partying & taking a load of strippers in cages & inflatable c
ocks on tour.
And the next thing you know you get a buch of black youths coming out & making records about killing cops , calling women bitches & swearing in almost every line.
It might be commonplace now but back then it was really shocking & upset the media big time.
