A couple of months ago I averaged about 2/3 hours sleep a a night.
On several occasions I would go to bed around 2 a.m and stay awake in bed until 5/6 a.m. then give up, get up and go to work.
You can ask adidasss about his sleep patterns and he'll probably say much the same...
...that there's not much you can do about it.
Although my reasons for sleep deprivation may be different to yours.
All the same it's not much fun.
