I've been working out, but it's late I'm tired and I need to get to bed.
I'm annoyed at myself because I know I'm not going to finish my exercise. I'm doubly annoyed at myself because I know part of the problem is that I always do my work outs at night which doesn't let my body get rid of lactic acid. I'm trebly annoyed at myself because being annoyed at myself puts me in a bad mood
So now I'm going to need to make back the exercise over the next 6 days. Because doing (proper) bicep curls burns I dropped my weights from 15 lbs to 10 lbs. 15 lbs is far too heavy, 10 lbs feels like lifting feathers. I wish my weights were more customisable
I'm also self-centred.
