I know what you mean. Try shopping online at Amazon.com. I bought 3 cd's off there for a little over $33. That included shipping, but I'm not sure what it would be in Ireland.
EDIT: And if you haven't heard that much from Tool,
I'd strongly suggest that you buy Lateralus first.
