No. It's a whine. For something to be a bitch, you need to be able to write more than a sentence or two about it. And if you just did it the once or twice it wouldn't be so bad, but you put every little thing in here as if we care. When you have an issue that's vaguely interesting or mildly unusual, something that you can write a decent amount about and trigger slight discussion. Then it's a bitch.
