Poem, :O
Eh, i actually did it for world history, but oh well, i cant sleep, so ima post it...
Fire
With a barrel to his head, nerves busted
A hand me down of the god of war
One last wasted breath on one last wasted thought
As tainted peace falls over light
Lost in a state of fear, surfacing haze
Straining trigger finger, ripped serenity
Blood shot eyes of a killer
Feelings of faith befallen
Shadowed witness, stricken with guilt
Finding peace in passive torture
Never did he lift a finger
The prick of truth stings
Searching for the ticket to heaven
Finding an expressway to hell
All the while wanting an answer
This is the fire

I said but daddy we ain't fightin' the Cong no more.
He said you're going over there to lose the very same war.
I said nothin' you can do is gonna make me stay,
Gotta let others have their glory day.
