I wasn't talking about the record companies. I was talking about downloading music. Dude, it's cool if you dont have the cash to buy cds and you want to listen to these bands. I'm just talking about the people that do have the money to buy cds but would much rather just download it for free and leave it at that. Yeah, I realize that alot of bands have been signed thanks to the exposure they received from the internet. But even more bands have suffered because of it. I wasn't born with a silver spoon in my mouth either and I work almost everyday but I still buy cds. It's a completely different story if you dont have enough money to buy cds or whatever. As long as you do something to support them. Whether it be buying a cd whenever you can afford it or something as simple as referring them to a friend. Which could be a bad thing if that friend is the type that we've been talking about.....has the money to buy the album but just downloads it instead.
