i've never heard this expression before.
ironically, the botulinum A neurotoxin acutally blocks acetycholine ( the chemical responsible for sweat gland stimulation). so there's no way that guys would be able to literally 'sweat you'.
i think Johnny nneds to get some botox in his tongue, or fingers, as the case may be ;-/
