ok here is my list of 10 greatest bands out there
1 Slipknot
2 The who
3 Nirvana
4 Led zepplin
5 Pink floyd
6 The rolling stones
7 The clash
8 The used
9 Sex pistols
10 Pantera

Obiously they aren't all pure rock, but those r my 10 fave bands in that order 2
