killing someone while drunk driving is involuntary manslaughter, and that is not treated lightly.
i guess its hard to say. someone who swerves a little and gets pulled over shouldnt lose their license forever. but someone who hits another person or car and kills someone should be severely punished. i guess it depends case by case.
