^ yeah, if they pass the sobriety test, then fine, i have no problem with that. It also depends where you live, like here the laws aren't that harsh, at all, and they don't have a great system for catching drunk drivers. I think that the police outside bars would go a long way, the most we have is checkstops, but they usually only have those durring christmas and new years, so durring the rest of the year there's basically nothing extra besides the regular patrols.
