Nizlopi are Luke Concannon and John Parker, who met when they were 13 on a school bus in Leamington, UK. Their debut single was released in the UK on October 18 2005, but it wasn't until 'JCB' that they made their name, reaching number 1 and competing for the coveted Christmas Number 1 spot, but eventually missing out to X Factor winner, Shayne Ward. The song had a video made by Monkeehub, who had previously done a video for an acoustic version of Creep by Radiohead.

The album 'Half These Songs Are About You' was re-released on November 28 2005 and the new single, 'Girls' was released in the UK on March 27 2006.
