favourite artist from the new decade?
who is your favourite band/artist from 2000 onwards? ive thought of this decade as a bit of a weak one so far, i know its only 4 years in but its lacked identity, for example- the 80's had the whole cheesy, synthesizer rock or hair metal going on. the 70s was heavy rock and the decade of the riff- the 60s was the whole pop-rock, catchy-chorus and psychedelia decade while the 90's was the decade of brit-pop and brit-rock (for british people, dont know about america), it also saw the birth of indie if you like. but what do you think of the new decade and whats your favourite band of the past four years? the only thing i can think of so far for this decade is the birth of emo?!
