Unless you wrote the Queen comment way back (and in my brain that could be 3 days or more) it was not directed at you. The point is, if musical banter had its own top 100 it would be god awful and in no way in step with what talent is.
Also, can we end with the "personal opinion" crap. If I was to say the New York Mets were the best team in baseball, yes I'd be entitled to my opinion but in no way can I be seen as correct. I can see Linkin Park having 3 or more spots on our top 100 list if everyone voted and while opinion is fine, the board is flooded with people who
don't know music before '88. Get off your high horse, you know as well as I do that a top 100 list here would be so terrible.
