No they havn't, especially with something like lyrics. Please give me an example of the same lyrics being used twice and no law suit being involved.
And you know what, I doubt theirs thousands of small bands that are being ripped off constantly riff wise. Your argument is hypothetical and lacks proof.

I made a post a bit more in depth then they suck, but really when a band sucks you can't add much else. Everything about them is boring, bland, unoriginal and done before. They bring nothing new to the table, and the table happens to suck.
