House Of Love - Their albums didn`t have titles but i`m on about their first that came out in 1988.

And of course there`s the usual others MBV , Slowdive ,Spacemen 3.....
Lush, Ride, and Pale Saints are all pretty good, though I've found their albums to be kind of inconsistent. Loop are worth checking out as well.
