I had this special edition of Spiritualizeds Ladies & Gentlemen We Are Floating in Space album that came in a limited edition pill box and the CD came in a moulded plastic case with foil covering that you pushed through to get the CD out it (see diagram below), just like you would with a box of pill. The sleevenotes were written as a perscription notice too.
All very nice but the CD became scratched to buggery after just a few months & became unlistenable.
