Default Music Censorship

In my english class, i am having to lead the class in a debate on a topic. I have decided to do Music Censorship. The blinking out, editing of music in order to hide the lyrics. I've always felt that song is a form of speech, and doesn't the US's Constitution allow freedom of speech? By the way, this is based in America, not all over the world.

So, pretty much I was just wonddering what some of your thoughts were on the matter?
