shelter is necessary for survivial .....
I never said to get
rid of them... they just cause alot of problems, now they are being necessitys to surive u need a car if you drive to work most people dont have jobs in the city they live in that pays well enough to support their family as needed ... to surive u need a shelter whos gona hire some1 that doesn't even have a place to live?.... they need a address and a phone number to contact you ....in socirty u need a education for being hired...
