I don't think people really need telling to put it in PMs.

You either stop it totally or you don't. If you are going to stop it on the main site you can't say 'do it in PMs' on the boards because that's seen to just encourage it.

You can turn a blind eye to what goes on in PMs , but you can't be seen to be turning a blind eye it if you get my meaning.
