I personally don't like Lang Lang (I mean no disrespect...it is just my opinion)...I think his technique is solid but his musicality is lacking...his sense of pacing and style is under-developed...he was thrown into the spotlight too early. There are many pianists out there with technique comparable to him and they also have the musical sensitivity to go along with it. Martha Argerich, Emanuel Ax, Daniel Barenboim, Evgeny Kissin, Ivo Pogorelich (although he's been somewhat controversial), to name a few. If you like younger pianists....try Sergio Tiempo (look for his videos on YouTube), Leif Ove Andsnes, Antonio Pompa-Baldi, etc.
