papoose is not a tad bit underrated, and i would say that he borders on OVERrated. but i can agree with immortal technique being underrated. hes better than average, especially the cd rev vol 2. better than the first imo.
and i agree with masta ace. he is commonly overlooked but has a good laid back flow style to his music. very interesting
